Villagers

 

Just a quick update on few current issues:

 

First, the Village along with multiple other condo villages in the area,  have sent formal complaints to the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office in regards to Dennis resident beach stickers and beach access.

 

This process could take a while but it is a good step forward in hopefully rectifying this issue. We will update once we have a response.

 

Secondly, the Board has approved unanimously and a letter of intent was sent to Farrell Electric in regards to updating the Villages electrical infrastructure.

 

Lastly, a special Meeting will be held on September 4th @ 11:00AM. All Villagers will receive a package with instructions and location prior to the meeting in the mail.

 

Updates will be added on the .org website as we move forward.

Trash Pickup
Weekly on Mondays during the 2021 season.  In the event of a Monday holiday, trash pickup will be on Tuesday.

For larger items, please call Chase and Merchant at 508-398-2116 to arrange for pickup. All pickups outside of normal trash service will be at the unit owner's expense.
